Rest & Restore

Sunday 7th September 10am - 12pm

Rest and restore is the perfect opportunity to slow down and unwind, allowing you to stop and just be.

We will begin with a short journaling exercise, followed by meditation and breath work, before sinking in to dreamy extended restorative practice using all the props to hold and support us, ending with a final journaling exercise to allow us to reflect on our practice.

£25 per person 1x £10 community space available

SOOTHE & SOUND

Sunday 5th October 2pm - 5pm

As the afternoons grow darker and the year begins to wind down, gift yourself a few hours of calm and connection.

We’ll begin with gentle, grounding yoga guided by Daisy to ease out tension and soothe your nervous system, before Hannah guides you into the deep stillness of a restorative sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and other soft, harmonic tones. The combination of mindful movement and healing sound will help you shift from ‘doing’ to ‘being,’ leaving you deeply rested and rebalanced.

And because nourishing the soul also means nourishing the senses, we’ll close the afternoon with tea and homemade cake — a chance to share, connect, and leave feeling warm inside and out.

CONNECT & CREATE

Sunday 7th December 2pm - 5pm

Step into the magic of the festive season with this cosy 3-hour workshop designed to bring people together in creativity, movement, and festive cheer.

You’ll enjoy:
- Creating your own beautiful festive wreath, complete with seasonal trimmings held by local florist and flower grower Kate Oatley.
- Gentle, nourishing yoga to ground and restore held by Daisy
- Mulled wine, hot chocolate & a homemade festive treat to warm the soul
- A joyful, welcoming space to relax, connect, and embrace the spirit of the season

Whether you come with friends or on your own, Connect & Create is the perfect way to slow down, make something special with your own hands, and soak up the magic of the festive season.
