Collage of torn photographs showcasing outdoor and indoor scenes, including a garden patio, a dining table set with wine glasses, and a business card for Kate Oatley coaching, with the words Coach and Mentor.

If you believe spring is a time of new beginnings, then this workshop is for you. Join us for an evening of gentle yoga, mindful reflection, and creative vision boarding to help you align with your goals and dreams for the season ahead.

HAPPY WORDS

“I came to Daisy after a particularly stressful phase and having spent hours behind the wheel, I really needed to mentally unwind and physically stretch out.

I hoped, treating myself to a Rest and Restore session would help to alleviate the tightness in my lower back, the sciatica in my leg as well as improve my sleep.

I have not been disappointed! Surprisingly the effects from each session are long lasting.

During Rest and Restore I can do a complete brain dump. It allows me much needed, precious time, to refocus and the simple guided stretches have loosened up my pelvis area, releasing all the tightness and stress I’d been carrying around with me.

What started as a one off treat has quickly become essential, a time for myself that I really enjoy. I’m hooked! Thank you Daisy.”
