Carve out an afternoon for you to pause and reset.

We’ll begin with gentle, grounding yoga to ease out tension and soothe your nervous system, before settling into the deep stillness of a restorative sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and other soft, harmonic tones.

To close, we’ll share tea and homemade treats. Allowing you to nourish both body and soul.

This workshop is held in collaboration with HB Yoga.
