Nature Walk: Time to reconnect to nature as we take a walk through Thoulstone Park’s beautiful grounds.

Healthy & Nutritious Lunch: Enjoy a nourishing vegetarian lunch and refreshments.

Restorative Yoga: A gentle practice focused on deep relaxation, using props such as bolsters and blankets to support the body in restful poses.

Sound bath: An immersive experience where you are enveloped in soothing sound waves from crystal singing bowls, provided by Hannah from HB Yoga.

  • Yes absolutely, lots of people attend by themselves. These days are designed to create a sense of community, allowing you to connect with other likeminded people.

  • Of course! I offer variations on poses so that you can practice in a way that is comfortable for you.

‘I attended Daisy’s retreat day, because a friend was going and if I’m honest didn’t think it was going to be for me.  To my surprise I absolutely loved it, Daisy has a great teaching style, offers alternative poses as I have injury, is friendly, welcoming and helpful.  I also really enjoyed the sound bath as the last session of the day.  The food provided was amazing, there were drinks available all day and the day ended with delicious cake.’
